Maternal health care that comes to you
Mobile Women’s Health & Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy
For pregnancy, childbirth and beyond
Our philosophy
There's a particular kind of irony in women's health. The moments when you need the most support - the final weeks of pregnancy, the blur of early postpartum - are exactly the moments when getting to an appointment feels impossible.
Women's bodies do extraordinary things, so they deserve extraordinary care.
Too often, the symptoms women experience during pregnancy and after birth are dismissed as "normal", something inevitable, or something that will resolve on its own. Sometimes that's true. Often, it isn't. The difference matters. And so does having someone in your corner who can tell the two apart and guide you towards recovery.
Kristina has seen first-hand what happens when pelvic health is treated as a footnote to maternity care and what's possible when it isn't. Leaking, prolapse, pain with sex, pelvic girdle pain, mastitis: these are things women are too often told to accept or wait out. Her view is straightforward. They're treatable, they deserve proper attention, and you deserve care that fits your life.
Our Services
-
Leaking, heaviness, pain with sex, or just not feeling right since having your baby, these are common, but they're not something you have to put up with. Kristina’s experience lies in treating these pelvic floor conditions in pregnant and postnatal women. There's no such thing as a silly question or a problem too small to bring up.
-
Pregnancy changes everything about how your body moves and loads, and pain can commonly occur as a result. Whether it's pelvic or back pain that makes rolling over in bed feel impossible, or wrist pain from feeding and lifting your newborn, it's very treatable. Getting on top of your pain early can make a big difference.
-
A detailed assessment of your pelvic floor, abdominal wall, and readiness to return to exercise after childbirth. Suitable after a vaginal or caesarean birth. Ideally done at 6–8 weeks postpartum, but appropriate at any stage postpartum.
-
The more you understand about what your body is doing during labour, the more in control you'll feel. This is a dedicated one-on-one session with Kristina (ideally in your third trimester) emphasising the importance of optimising your pelvic floor for birth. Partners are welcome and encouraged to come along.
-
Mastitis and blocked ducts can go from uncomfortable to debilitating very quickly and can seriously disrupt your breastfeeding journey if left untreated. Therapeutic ultrasound is a fast, evidence-based treatment that clears blockages and reduces inflammation, and it's completely safe while breastfeeding.
-
Available for patients outside our servicing area or those who'd prefer a remote consultation. We recommend telehealth for patients with complex or chronic pelvic pain who may not feel comfortable with an in-person pelvic floor assessment at their first appointment, or for those early postpartum who need a check-in to make sure recovery is on track.
